The Breakfast

Our breakfast is combining taste and conviviality. You will eat in the dining room of our restaurant “Fink’Stuebel”. The original Alsatian “Winstub” with its stunnig and colourful woodwork is run by the same owners as the Fink’Neschtel.
Our breakfast is made of various Alsatian specialities. Our Chef Thierry is baking the bread himself as well as the Gugelhupf cake that awaits you. But there is more to discover, such as smoked ham or marmalade made of seasonal fruits (strawberries, pieplant, abricots or quince).
Finally orange juice, curd, assorted cold cuts and cereals complete our breakfast.
